3 Ways to Explore Downtown Cincinnati

If you are planning to visit Cincinnati, you have probably already had someone suggest you try Cincinnati Chili while you are in town. This meaty, rich, uniquely spiced chili is served over spaghetti noodles and often served as a “3-way” with spaghetti, chili, and a heaping pile of shredded cheese on top.

You will find Cincinnati Chili in every neighborhood, not only served up by big enterprises like Skyline Chili and Gold Star, but also found in mom-and-pop diners like Camp Washington Chili. We can thank the immigrant population from Greece, Jordan, and Macedonia for adding some Mediterranean flavors to our Midwest cuisine. And we can thank a creative customer for requesting some cheese on top to make the Cincinnati Chili a “3-way.”
