Restaurants Open for Lunch in Over-the-Rhine

a group of people sitting at a tableThe holiday season is a great time to get together with friends. If lunch is your thing, you need to think twice about where to go. As the effects of the pandemic stretched staff, many restaurants adjusted their hours. Consequently, finding a restaurant that fits your schedule is a new challenge we all must confront.

Since I am a follower of the Facebook group Chowdown Cincinnati, I recognize that “What’s open for lunch in OTR?” is a frequent topic of discussion. At Cincinnati Food Tours, we offer a number of daytime tours so, of course, I have discovered the restaurants in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood that currently cater to lunchtime traffic. In fact, I put together a handy spreadsheet to share with Chowdown that also helps me plan for tours. It’s a work in progress as restaurant hours are sure to change in 2022. But for now, consider it my gift to you.
